Either a fee of 0.35% of the amount borrowed from the lender. For example: on a loan amount of £100,000 the fee would be £350. We will also be paid commission from the lender.OR a fee of 1.00% and we will refund any commission received from the lender. For example: on a loan amount of £100,000 the fee would be £1,000.
